Served as primary liaison between UC Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara community to establish, expand, and sustain student-led volunteer programs with local service organizations and community-based initiatives. Directed a 21-member student leadership board, providing coaching, coordination, and oversight to support program execution, volunteer engagement, and youth/student leadership development.
